Availability of products

All descriptions of products and their characteristics are for the purpose of general identification only. I will not in any way be responsible for individual ingredients (as used in the products) supplied to me. However, I ensure that I only order ingredients that claim to be a high (or highest) quality from suppliers that claim to be reputable. I endeavour to only display products on this website that can be produced when raw and base ingredients are in stock. These ingredients are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after an order has been placed. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative. Note: your payment is not processed until an order has been verified.

Customer Service

It is my aim to offer 100% satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (excluding return postage costs) within 14 days from delivery, provided that you tell me within 7 working days after the day on which you received the product. This can be done by e-mail: info@cherylinskintherapy.co.uk or by calling 07879 615680 (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday).

I am happy to replace any faulty goods or redress errors in connection with an order. Any goods maybe returned within 14 days from the day the goods are received.

Please note, returned goods that are reasonably believed to have been opened or used cannot be accepted as returned goods.

Delivery

Cherylin Skin Therapy does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Intellectual property

All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") is the property of Chery Lin Skin Therapy, her affiliates, her partners or her licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

The trade marks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website (collectively, the "Trade Marks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Chery Lin Skin Therapy, her affiliates, her licensors or her partners, in the UK, United States and other countries, and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws. All other Trade Marks not owned by her, her affiliates, her partners or her licensors that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by me.

Neither the Content, the Trade Marks, nor any other portion of the Website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without my prior written consent.

Lost or damaged

It is unlikely that your product is lost or damaged in transit. However you may contact me by e-mail at info@cherylinskintherapy.co.uk or by calling 07879 615680 (opening times as above). However, please wait until the 15th day from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. If your order has arrived damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receipt.

Force Majeure

Cherylin Skin Therapy shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss of damage resulting from delay or failure in carrying out obligations which is caused wholly or partly by reason of Act of God, delay in transportation, fire, flood, war, accident, government action, inability to obtain adequate raw materials, equipment, fuel, power, transportation or any cause beyond my control or beyond the control of that of my servants and agents.

Payment

Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All reasonable care is taken to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on my part I cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Cherylin Skin Therapy.

Cherylin Skin Therapy will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by me.

Safe shopping

Cherylinskintherapy.co.uk will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card or bank account number. Please do not respond to e-mails that ask for personal information.

If you receive a suspected fake cherylinskintherapy.co.uk e-mail, please report the incident to Chery Lin Skin Therapy by sending the original spoofed e-mail as an attachment or forwarding the e-mail directly to info@cherylinskintherapy.co.uk. You may also report suspicious activity through the Contact Chery Lin form.

Please note, that this website uses a PayPal shopping cart which lets you pay for goods instantly by credit cards, debit cards or your Pay Pal balance (if you have an account set up). Prices

All prices for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. All prices include postage and packaging. This applies to the UK only. The right is reserved to revise prices without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in VAT rate.

The giving of an order constitutes an acceptance of these terms.
